Tom is a technology leader specialising in SaaS platforms, cloud infrastructure, and rapid product development. At PSI Services, he led IT operations across Europe and managed global product support for a large-scale eAssessment platform, driving the transformation from client-hosted to cloud-based architecture. As co-founder of S16, Tom helps founders and teams ship robust products and systems on proven architecture and the S16 Platform.
Ade Palmer-Geaves
Co-Founder & Director
Ade is a technology leader who has been building enterprise solutions since the early 1980s. He founded EnlightKS, an education technology company, which he exited to PSI Services in 2016. His expertise spans designing enterprise platforms, developing growth strategies, and creating product roadmaps for rapidly scaling businesses. As co-founder of S16, Ade brings decades of experience in turning complex technology into commercial success.
